Leo Mol Sculpture Garden Design-Bid-Build Project

Project Overview

This building is a uniquely designed structure dedicated to the late Leo Mol, Winnipeg’s well-known sculpture artist. This project is one of a kind and has been awarded many architectural awards. The building is approximately 5,000 sq.ft. finished with Tyndall stone and composite panel to reflect today’s modern society. It accommodates an art display area for painting and sculptures. The building is placed over 3 acres complete with hard and soft landscaping including a large outdoor patio and pool, service area and sculpture bases place throughout the garden area. A historically designated schoolhouse was relocated from Birds Hill Park, which was upgraded to accommodate Leo Mol’s studio.
