Project Overview
Caspian is not a stranger to “big-box” stores. Having completed over fifty Costcos across North America, Caspian has demonstrated an innate ability to complete these projects on time in spite of extremely tight deadlines.
Although every building is unique in terms of site development and sizes, there are a few key elements to all Costcos which remain consistent.
Each building is at least 100,000 sq.ft with a budget of $8 to $10 million. Each Costco had tire shop that is complete with tire changing facility. Also, each store had at least four loading docks.
Caspian has also done additional work for Costco Wholesale by even seeking and purchasing land to help mitigate costs.
